*If the relevant person is a minor or if it is a representative, a separate letter of proxy will be necessary.

  • A case in which there is a possibility of harming the life, body, assets, or other rights or interests of the relevant person or a third party
  • A case in which there is a possibility that it will cause a significant hindrance to the appropriate implementation of our company’s business

*Possessed personal data refers to personal data for which a business that handles personal information possesses the authority to respond to all of the handling stated above that is requested by the relevant person, and that is data other than as stipulated in a government ordinance for which the clarification of existence or non-existence will harm the public interest or other interest or something that will be eliminated within six months.
